sorry to mess up the fun wagon over here but this is my honest opinion on what you could do to improve

Blending, You could have done a better job on blending pretty much everything better, the c4d looks like its just slapped on there and it really doesnt look "right", i can see you tried blending the render also with some glow around it, but adding shadow would make it look better and smudging would make the blending perfect, so basically with the render, just add some shadow if you can and just smudge the edges, good sigs have like at least 5 layers of the render (set on different blending modes of course)

Depth, you got no depth going on at all, it looks real plain like that and if you had depth it would probably make your sig look better, to add depth just make a gaussian blur or any blur and erase your focal point, that will make the effect look like if the render was upfront and if he was in an actual environment

Flow, There is no flow in that sig, having no flow just makes it look random and kind of ugly, good gfxers always make a flow in one direction, to make a flow, just put everything going in one direction, like the c4d, the render and all the other effects you do, this makes it look smoother and nice, it will definitely make you look like you know what you are doing on the sig

Color, you got some different colors going on in there but i can see you are trying to stick to that blue color, but then you got like some yellow, brown color going on in there as well, try to keep it up to 2 colors so it can match and look good, dont put opposite colors that dont go together, like red and blue or something like that, it just makes it look all messy and weird

Scenario, to me it looks like you tried do some type of space theme, but yet you got leafs and just random c4d, sometimes people can pull of random but on this it really doesnt look good, try to stick with a theme at first and then as you gain experience then you can try to randomize

But as far as the whole sig goes, its ok, i would rate 6/10 overall but look at tutorials and then later on you will eventually be better, it takes practice, if you change what i said, on the next sig it will turn out better

It's from a tutorial on this site followed word for word, there are 6 render layers all smudged different effects applied on each. Cheers though mate. Maybe you could point me to a good tutorial or if your GFX team does any?
