I got one you will like, it might not be enough but I just made it the other day. I know Sony Vegas pro 9 very well. No After Effects though. Also know Photoshop extensively ( read a whole book on it and did all the work for a class ). I still have the .veg ( Sony Vegas file ) for this intro.
