i heard that dazzle's were good quality theres a hd pvr called blackmagic too i heard theyre good but there around the same price as an hauppage -.-

You don't need a HD pvr. If you actually think you do then get a cheap one. Not worth paying 200$ . Dazzle is good its just ur comps running vista lol.
