They all look great, but I don't really like the borders much on the last 2.

The 4th one, the bottom line is not straight. You should parallel it to the other.
Also, the guys hair is not completely cut out right. You can see a little white.
Fix that and it should be good.

Although, great job as usual.

1st is pretty flat and boring, try adding more effects and make it more interesting. second, remove that line and change the text and remove it as a whole.Same thing as the 1st, boring. The 4th one is probably the best of these, it just works.
