I use windows movie maker and sony vegas 8, please help thanks.

try using an s-video cable, the quality is better than composite and try editing the rendering settings, but other than that, you can't really do much to a Dazzle's quality because it only goes up to 480p

When I used to use my Dazzle ( Before my HD tv ) i had 1080p on youtube.

yeah, some people render Dazzle clips in 1080p but it doesn't really help, it just stretches the pixels, s-video quality is like this :
480p < S-Video < 720p

You should either use a S-video cable for the Xbox, or go around youtube and look at different settings, or buy a good tv Winky Winky

I think that dazzle only looks good on standard tv's (the big ass box ones

)
but the hagpaugge works well with the hdtv
