ok,this is my first tutorial so any-who lets begin.
Ok first by starting of with the size,i used 300 x 300,(the bigger the size the outcome will turn out diffrently)
Change the backround layer to black,get the rectangle tool (u) make sure you have fill pixels selected and change the forground colour to white and draw a rectangle on the left side.

Filter > Styleize > wind,click from the left,and wind then press ok then when looking at the layer press Ctrl F twice.

Goto Image > Image rotation > 90 CW

Goto Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates
Click rectangular > Polar

Press Ctrl I (aka - Invert Its in Image > Adjustments > Invert)
Ok get your magic wand and click just outside the black hole.Then press Ctrl Shift I (Select > Inverse)
When you have clicked inverse or pressed ctrl shift I hold shift and click the black hole twice,press ctrl shift C or Edit > copy.Make a new layer,hide the backround layer,and press ctrl V or Edit > Paste,
Right click that layer and click Blending Options...add a Inner shadow
If its to big prees ctrl T,hold shift on one of the corner arrows and size it yourself!
