I like it, you should add a lighting source so its going down on the car

Pretty nice! I suggest removing the bevel and emboss and drop shadow, it makes your signature look quite blurry at the edges

i like the NGU in the background maybe amke it black and white so it blends in more
adn get rid of the drop shadow
but its nice and simple i like it
