Comment: Good use of the colors, it got a special effect with that blue
Render: 2/2
Comment: Best render i could think of in that signtature
Effects: 1.5/2
Comment: Good effect and a nice use of brushes.
Border: 1/2
Comment: only a little small border, try useing some effects for it.
Text: 1.5/2
Comment: Good color for the text, Keep it up!
+ 0.5 for the overall.
