You sure it's your first gfx ever? Becuase it's pretty well done for a first gfx work :O
But there's of course a long way to go, to even get to beginner 2.
I'm not going to give much cnc, because it will be a long list of what you could do

Its hella lot better than my first. Imagine your trying to paint a picture, where everything fits perfectly.

Then practice until your finger hurts.
