The maximum size of your custom image is 130 by 130 pixels or 48.8 KB (whichever is smaller).

You cant. You just have t find one that applies to those dimension/kb. Or you can try to make your own

Your going at it wrong there is a different section if you have a video avatar I think it is under edit your details you don't put it into the avatar slot silly!
