Be more specific. I picked those color because:
1. My dog's eyes were that bright blue and collar was green
and
2. because I wanted to have a sky theme. Hence the blues and whites combined with clouds.
Any suggestions for improving?

Maybe some adjustment layers ?like brightness contrast etc

Yeah, same old doggy pic.
And thanks Aaron, I'm bad at the whole blurring/sharpening aspect I guess.
