Some of the layers on dissolve get in the way and would look better erased off some of the colored parts and blurred.

It looks like nice. :y:
The white noise may have been overdone (erase some of the superfluous areas), but overall it's an improvement.
I highly suggest you look up some tutorials based on abstract styles, and apply it to what you know so far.
