The text looks like it stands out too much from the wall. It doesn't look realistic. Mess around with the layer styles and opacity and see if you can make it blend better.

-your color scheme is off, the orange and blue letters don't match the red and tan background.
-remove the white stroke around text and blur the BG and black border of the text
-remove the grid brush on the bg, I've never seen a wall with that before. It doesn't come off as a wall to me.

Your main issue to work on is blending, make the text one with your background. Use sharpening, blurring, lighting, dodging and burning to your advantage.
Keep at it, genocide.
