I agree though, that it does look better in a dark background.

O, I forgot to mention too that this is because because it was made FOR a darker background

attempt!?!? attempt!?!? thats probably one of the better userbars i've seen.

BUT, if you look at it closely the drop shadow on the word "severance" is backwards. and the E on severance is a bit cut off so fix some minor detail problems and it's a great one.
