Yeah i know what you mean, i did GFX for a good 2 years but this is the first peice i've done in.. god knows how long i haven't even been here on NGU in months. idk if i have the drive anymore

Look at my signature, I made that a few days ago. That was my comeback sig. What I did was I looked at PSDs (XCFs in your case) and got a bit of inspiration, just look for inspiration and listen to some good music and chill. Take your time, don't rush it if something doesn't work out remove it and try again or even work over it, my current signature started of as a space stock lol.
