yes. you really need GIMP or photoshop. all youve done is cut out images and stuck them with some writing on the top.

it's free, easy, and works great. thats how i make all my sigs..

Warning: If you are using Windows Vista, save often on Gimp, as it likes to crash on Vista..but not on Windows XP

eh... For paint I guess its alright. The images could be alot cleaner and the text doesnt fit. i'd say a 2/10. Could be alot better
