Change the aspect ratio of the clip

Video pan/crop aspect ratio options are located there.
or right click on video clip, choose video pan/crop then after that right click on the picture of your clip in the video pan/crop window and click match to output aspect or something like that don't have vegas anymore so dont remember that well
