Ok fellas just kidding about the title, but i AM willing to make a scanline avatar or signature for a couple vBux. You offer me a price, and i will make you a lovely Sig or avatar under one condition. You tell me how you want it to look. NONE OF THAT "OK JUST SURPRISE ME" BULL SHIT.

Yep pretty much what you have there, but the background transparent. I still want all of the lines, designs, etc going throughout it too..
