I Break The Rules.
To be honest not saying this is what you did. It just seems you took the sig and edited it and threw your name in it. Because your name does not blend at all. Not saying thats what you did just seems that way.

Its a watermark so no ones takes it before i finish :p, I put that in there.

Do a barrel roll!
the render itself is LQ and blurry which hurts the eyes
always ALWAYS use high quality resources
a low quality render or something just ruins a tag
not much depth at all and not really any effects to speak of
look at some tutorials it really will hep you a lot
try using clipping masks, good brushing, good smudging on good smudge settings and filters to mess with your effects more

1. its blurry cause of motion blur

2. whats "depth"?
Im just starting so I need a little bit of help, and I dont have those resources really cause im using gimp

3. thats scratch, no fractals or anything

depth
you need foreground, middle ground, background
in general all should have something in them
not to busy but nice and all grounds should blend smoothly into each other
it should help appeal and draw attention to your focal point

your piece kinda has a background and foreground but they don't blend together at all
they just looked pasted one on top of the other
and there's really no flow to blend them
