like the 2nd one better, love the c4d selection and stars and such, but even though I like the lighting i feel like your lighting source is too far from or taking too much attention from your focal - assuming that your focal is supposed to be the man's head?

i.e. maybe move the light closer to his head / your focal or vice versa? i dunno.
