Pretty good for a first, text stands out too much and is in the corner where it shouldn't be, also the render is a bit too dark

The game: Good
The colors, brightness, and text: Bad
The tag: Ugly

There are a lot of things I could tell you not to do ever again (like decide to take a giant crap on your focal's face), but I'm lazy so I'll just tell you something you should do: keep practicing. I may be a bit of a dick in my presentation, but you're a beginner so you need to keep making boxes and boxes (read: mbs and mbs) of really really bad tags before you get a lightbulb to go off and you start making good ones. It's a bit like sex, no matter how good you or your partner think you are on the first go, you inevitably stink compared to what the playboy pool cleaner can do the next afternoon while you're at work.

I still dont even know what all the tools do and stuff with photoshop.
Like, i was just trying to follow this tut to make a signature, but i dont know how to do half that stuff.

Don't worry about following tutorials for a while, you still need to be throwing a thousand different things into a tag and figuring out what worked or didn't work.
