Well.... nothing to really say apart from that you can follow instructions to make a scan line, you just played around with the settings by putting a drop shadow etc. The colours don't really complement eachother though

Nope. Ahaha, I learned that by myself. And I made everything by myself. No tutorials. Just basic beginner photoshop knowledge.
And, well... nah... I know how to add effects, ahaha. I just put whatever. :p
And I know... I was originally going for cyan/blue, but I pretty much just threw in all of my favorite colors! I threw the whole thing together in like half an hour, so I knew it was going to be crappy. Thanks for the feedback/criticism!
