The green in front of the focal only serves to hide it and distract from the face, which should be the natural focal point but isn't. The c4ds were doing a fine job of giving flow (though the ones in the foreground don't quite fit with the rest of the tag). Your sharpen/blurring is still in need of work, there's no reason the bg on the right side should be sharp if the c4d behind the focal (which is arguably closer than the city bg) is blurred. Your lighting could also use some work, the differences in contrast are glaring problems that make the light source confusing. The colors on the right side are a little ugly on top of that, brighter, slightly less saturated colors would have worked better there.
Again, you put text and a border in this tag when they only serve to hurt it. Why does there need to be a border? Especially a 1px black border, it makes no sense in the context of the art (and remember, the border is part of the art). The text is what confuses me even more. Sure, you spent time placing the text in relation to itself and sized it well, but the font choice makes no sense with the style of the tag - it should be a sans-serif with less character spacing - and it just sits on top of everything like a blatant slap-on addition at the end. Why pure white, instead of a green-and-yellow? Placed down-right from the focal when the flow is going up-right, you're just distracting from the flow by putting the text there. You can't just put text in as an afterthought, it needs to be as much a part of the tag as the focal and effects.
