It's alright, pretty good idea on the theme. What is this like your 5th sig? I say 3/5 because it lacks effects, its a start though.

Yea, 5th sig exactly. And I don't really know what effects I can do on a declaration of independence lol

You can do a simple things that look decent. Like the sig I have now, it's a bunch of simple effects mixed into one simple looking thing. Just a few blurs and brushes here and there and you would be set.
