Edit: Put a border around it.

could you tell me what a border is please?

In photoshop:
Select your entire signature with the dotted line selector tool. (main tool.)
Go to Modify > Border > then enter border size ( around 2-5 pixels)
Click enter.
Fill in the border selection with your brush tool.
