1. Dazzle Capture Card
a. Best Buy, Ebay, Amazon, and Radioshack
b. Around $50

2. Double Ended RCA Cables
a. Can be found from old DVD players or VCR's
b. Free if you have them already

3. PS3/Xbox 360 Composite Cable
a. Comes with the PS3/Xbox 360
b. Free, or about 5-10 bucks at Gamestop

4. Video Distribution Amplifier
a. A local Radioshack
b. Around $50

Why would I spend $50 on a Video Distribution Amplifier when I can just get 3 splitters for $5 each also available at Radioshack? I'll tell you why, its because when you do, it looks like utter shit when using splitters. So I would recommend spending the extra $35 to buy the distribution amplifier.
