Could someone give me a tutorial on how to do lighting effects? Thanks

its alright, (got flow) but its pretty simple..:
to add lighting effects multpile options:
filters --> render --> lighting effects, (play around until your happy)
get a black brush on a new layer (applied image) brush where you wanted it to be darker --> play around with opacity and blending option (lighten, screen, linear dodge etc etc)
get a white brush and do the same as above:
