We are looking for a call of duty montage editor that is better than the one that we are currently with. Our current editor has decent skills but is not at the level that we want him to be at and moreover is not punctual and cannot meet deadlines. There are so many flaws in the video that it has an effect on the perceived amount of skill in the game play. We need someone that would be able to put out a high quality montage at least once a month.

Our goal is to first generate a large amount of views on a particular montage, then continue releasing videos every month to develop a following. Then we plan on launching a website that would in turn generate substantial revenue from the viewers and followers. The montage editor would get a share in the revenue which can be negotiated later on...probably will be percentage based. If you are curious about what type of website I plan on starting checkout this website of a colleague of mine called cashgamers.net. His website draws over $2,000 monthly. He has game play montages on YouTube with over 100,000 views. That’s where we want to be at.
