What can i do to it to make it better?

put like a locus in the back?

render looks really stretched, your doing the backgrounds wrong, dont just slap some strange background on (that doesnt look good) make a background from a simple but effective gradient or an un-resized form of your render or maybe have a one color bg and sumdge your render a few times (just a few ways to do it). but that bg is pretty horrible imo. also try putting a border or something. but the size is alot better than your last

I have only just started photoshopping, lol i only started yesterday evening.

Render looks streatched, if increasing a render hold shift and drag one of the corners when in the transformation state (Ctrl+T). The background in this is better, the right hand side is quite plain try to add a stock in the (try to use a GoW wallpaper i that area) then use the select tool> right click in the selected area> feather> add an amount (i use 20)> press ok> press backspace/ delete twice (this will give a smooth deleing). Try to blend the render more, you could duplicate the render (CTRL+J) then set one of them to overlay if the render don't look too good then delete some of it from the face area using the feather tool. Make a V2 Of it so i can see how you get on

EDIT: Whoops, for got to rate this = 3/5 beginner (ive seen worse second sigs :p)
