Which one is the best and any tips?

ummm lol they all look the same except with different text placement and the sig is just smudging

How can I take the sig farther and make it better?

well i dont use gimp but u could add lighting to it by darking the bottom of the sig and makin the top more brighter ummm u could add more c4ds that go over the smudging instead of under it ummm u could add depth by blurring the bottom just a little bit and keeping the head not blurred u could add gradient maps or photofilters on the sig (if gimp has it) and try adding the text not too too close to the render or u could depending on wat u want and well this ends my speech

Not bad, i think its just the render that puts me off liking it good use of brushes in the background 3/5
