use alot of gradients and adjustments on most of the signature most were gradient maps , and make sure it goes with the sig like above you see that spiderman wouldnt fit into a green background so i used a soft brush on a new layer went over some parts set the layer on colour and messed around with fill and opacity just some tips and info

It looks good, but I think if it's a sig it should be a bit smaller. As this has quite a bit of background.
