What i would like:

Lots of swirls and colors slowly forming into the words "ArcanixUnited.ipbfree.com" ( I do not mean to advertise so please dont report me).. anyways I would like it very colorful... mainly light blue, pink, red, and yellow, with a black background...

I know I might not make sense and it might be hard to do.. but I will pay up to 100k vBux if you can do this for me! and could it be only like 10-15 seconds?
