First you could try with a sig size (i use 480x180), there is no blending try to blend your renders with the background. The background is very plain you only have one c4d try to have a stock, gradient or just more c4d's to make it look more advanced. Thats really all i can say for now untill i see how you get on with that CnC

There is alot to work on here IMO.
Maybe try some tuts.

for the win and basically just do what john said as a start then once you've got the basics you can advance. I would also advise checking out some tutorials for sigs online

if you dont know what something means, go to the urban dictionary, saves embarrasment of asking :p. yeah try following some tuts, and i would suggest usin ps aswell...
