Well blended in, and noice background. Not sure about the text though, a clipping mask and a bit more solid font type might work better.

I like this but also think a lot more can be done.
The left looks sloppy with that line.
When you put an effect on and put on screen you should try to blend that edge.
Personally I would blur the BG a bit and smudge the back of the bike to blend it in.
Then I would sharpen the front a bit. This would give it some depth.
I hope you keep at it though because I can see a progression in your work already.
