Do a barrel roll!
The main thing that you need to look at is your renders - both the choice and the positioning of them. The two battlefield ones (one of them probably isn't battlefield but I don't know the difference) have very abrupt endings on them, leaving a section of them cut off which doesn't look good at all as you haven't blended them. If you do face this again then smudge it a bit so it's not as obvious or cover it with a c4d. If there's a large patch of lighting on a render, look at how you could use it to your advantage by seeing how you could use it to make the lighting in your sig look good. If you can't think of a way to use it with the lighting then don't use it at all as it will ruin the piece.

When placing a render do what you can to follow the rule of thirds. This rule says that the best place for a focal point is along a “third” line in the piece. To find the third line, divide your piece into nine equal segments, three at the top, three in the middle and three at the bottom. The place where the segment lines intersect is the best place for a focal point on a piece, giving you four in total – one by each corner. You don’t need to have the focal directly on the intersection, just have it in the general area like below.

When picking a border don't try to overcomplicate it. There are usually two types of border that work well (there are more but people often have a hard time implementing them) The first is a simple 1px / 2px border around the edge. To get this go onto a new layer, press CTRL+A to select everything, take out the marquee tool, right click on the canvas and select stroke. Fill in the width as what you want, make sure it's set to inside and pick black as your colour. The second type is a cinema widescreen type border, where there's a border on the top and bottom but not the sides. To get this use the marquee tool to select anything from a 2px to a 6px strip at the top of the canvas and fill it with black. Duplicate this layer and move it to the bottom.

After that you should look at doing some tutorials and stop 'winging' it with your own style for now (if you were doing tutorials then look for better ones) These will guide you through making a certain type sig, showing you ways to create that you didn't know of or think of before. They also show you some great techniques that you can implement into your own work later. Do about 5 tutorials then try your hand at making an original sig without looking at any tuts. Try to remember things you did in the tutorials and see how you can implement them. Don't peak at them though, try to think of it as a way of testing yourself to see how much you've learned. When that's done post it for cnc and then do another 5 tuts and test yourself again. Once you get to a level you're happy with stop doing tuts for a while and do your own thing. Keep looking for cnc and finding ways to improve.

Also, i think some of your effects are neat,
but work on a focal! youre effects seem to take me to the left and right borders of your pictures - away from your render!
Instead, focus on bringing all the attention to the render, and around the center!
Also @ the BF3 one, never use a dis-proportioned render! the render is wide, therefore completely ruining that entire sig.
So -
Work on Lighting, Color Effects, Blending, and Focal Points!
look up tutorials in each area, and experiment some with each area!!!
