Its good but i think the ngu theme is more of a blue and not a red. A little bit of color change on the background and you got yourself a perfect sig.

The main thing I'm not a fan of with this is how strong the black lines at the sides are. They pull attention away from the main attraction of the sig. I suggest lowering the opacity of what ever layer you've added them on so they're not as distracting. A little blurring around the sides and some sharpening in the middle on an applied layer won't hurt either.
