I don't think the text looks right, it doesn't suit the rest of the photo. Other than that it's awesome.

It needs blending... But that is pretty epic. Nice coloring.

the fractal(?) that curves from the top to the middle looks great, until it takes a sharp left and cuts through the middle. I would either take that part out, or make it one long curve that doesn't abruptly turn about 90 degrees. Oh and the paint splatter that is actually the guy's jersey is awesome, how do you do that?

He used splatter brush, then made a clipping mask over it. He then simply then moved the image over. Simple effect, but looks amazing. Nice job, hope you return to Pvhax when it comes back up Sirvine.
