1.Fade in and out.
2.Elements of both text and graphics
3.Changes in both color and scale.

im willing to pay 75k for a good animation

it can be about anything it just needs those three things

Uhm... I use a separate program to turn them into a gif. Right now its about 15 DIFFERENT PSD files. If that's ok with you, I'll send you those, if not idk what to do.
