Great job on making the shirts wrinles, looks pretty good
maybe if youd like try and go back and fix the fingers, one of te fingers looks like it has a HUGE nail poping out lol, or just give it a shadow? lol

Same with the finger on the lips, try and smoothen that one out aswell.

Yea I noticed that fingers were mostly the problem here. xD

I'm not to familiar with photoshop tricks to fix those problems. And I guess chatting on Facebook does help me focus on this. xD

eveything looks smooth only thing thats not smooth is the arm and hand. other then that nice
