they changed it to the rating system now because it classes people as well as giving them a grade. the 1-10 is primitive compared to the way we use now.

"dont post sigs to get a rating, post your sigs to find out what was wrong with it."

with that said, the only thing you should try to be doing is giving Constructive Criticism.
