ok first of all, take away the animation, it just dont look good, sorry.(i dont think animations can be entered into SOTW anyway) you dont want more than one focal point, and also you should blend your renders more, should try and make it a bit smaller more sig-shaped. sorry if i came over a bit harsh as this is your first sig but yeah, keep trying and you'l get better

dude we don't know what the theme is yet and first of all you renders dont blend very well you can help them blend more by duplicating them and then smudging the layer behind the duplicated layer (your original) the clouds in the background aint helpin it much and flashing text on a sig imo not a good idea :p just wait for more experianced GFXers(^^like krunch^^ or others) to post they'll probably go into more detail :p thank this post if it help:p

Lol i knew it wasn't much good I will completly change every thing most of it was done in gimp aswell i need to learn photoshop
