its ok, for me anyways, but i dont like how you do the huge streaks you've done it before and sometimes it works but here i dont think it does =/

Also was the text a joke cos putting it over the number plate was silly
It has nice depth and the blur is nice, although you could sharpen some areas of the car to improve the depth and reduce some of the blur.
