I personally like the warm one, CnC?

The warm one seems to be a little monotone.
Step one, take off that horrible text and those boarders.
I like your background, it's messy and creative however there is no sense of direction or flow which is not necessarily essential, but very important.
Your blending from render to the background is smooth and nice However there is no depth at all. Your lighting isn't the worst, but it isn't great.
Cold one is the best, but overall i'd give this a 5.5/10

Ya I think the text isn't so good, I'll take it off and try to find better fonts. Regarding the flow, I tried making the flow diagonally up, Idk if you can see it but those scratch marks textures is what I was going for (it's easier to see it on the B&W one). And the depth, I put a blurred version (colored ones) and unblurred version (B&W), the B&W one has no depth at all but focuses on the detail a little bit more, as to the colored ones are blurred which I tired giving depth. So you can kind of tell the difference of depth between those two. And ya I figured the warm one is a little bit more monotone but I personally like that type of color scheme, but each one has their own preference, that's why I try to provide a variety of versions. I have to agree with wounded the best part is the blending between the render and background, the background itself isnt bad but it is lacking direction but it has a nice appeal, warm colored one is best imo i give it a 6/10
