render is blurry imo and the right side seems plain ish but other than that good job

the render isunt blurreh! it's fukin huuuge as hell to resize.

and plus i don't see any blurs at all

The render is quite blurry, actually. There's no solid definition to the lines of his face, clothing, hair, etc. Sharpen pl0x?

Also, with the render, try making it so its colors work more with the rest of the tag. Right now, it doesn't fit at all with the background (contrast and saturation-wise).

As for the effects, the white on the bottom and the green/yellow effects on the right are really distracting. And again they don't fit in with anything else.

This is definitely not your best, man.
