I can kind of see what you did there. You made the text in the center, copied it and moved it behind it. You also decreased the opacity to give that reflection effect as well. You added paint, or light and made the opacity low as well, the background is a picture with lowered opacity too?

Not bad. I would add a couple more colours in there, perhaps give it more a graffiti look than a 3d project, keep up the good work tho.
