It's not bad, but i'll prefer if the render and the background merged together rather than the background/render sticking out. Also can you add 'NGU' somewhere?

If you can change the background to suit the render and add NGU ill take it.

Not the best, I'm still practicing my skills with photoshop (still learning) and I think I overdid it.

It's not actually that bad, only problem is that the background is overtaking the render so it doesn't look as effective. Try enlarging or finding a different render that bends in more with the background.
