Overall i say good job looks nice, but i think leaving part of her face would of been pretty nice but thats just my opinion at the end of the day so ... yeah ...

I think that you should create some stronger darker shadows especially at the cheek bones, eye sockets and teeth to create the sunken in skull like feel. I think you should create some sort of lines from the teeth to show the root? If that makes sense :L
