Ok yea you are getting better but you really need to work on your sig making.
the text is bad =/ there is really no colour scheme =(
i dont like the render.. and the random wave looks bad. it doesn't fit.
also your background is very plain and simple.
BUT YES YOU ARE GETTING BETTER.
