yer its pretty simple but alot of layers -.-

in the almost left corner is that the biohazard type brush? it looks like it...

it's alright sig but I can see a thing on his head looks like a bit of smudging on his head that bit ruins it for me

the render is over blended, take the smudges off from over his neck and head. and IMO a white border might be best for this.

Layers =/= good tag. One of my best tags (the one in my sig space) is only 6 layers.

More depth, less blurry effects please. Not bad color.

who even said lots of layers meant a good tag in the first place?

the layers isnt his problem, its just he didnt execute making it well. less layers wont solve his problem.

also your signature shouldnt have needed even 6 layers, fyi.

2 biggest things to me:
1. compared to the rest of the sig the top left corner is sloppy
2. the green line from smudging on his head has to go
