I am no graphics expert, but I like the second better. The colors seem to pop and the image is clear.

Sorry but I agree with Blinkz.
They are way to plain.
The colors make it look bad.
The text needs improvement.
You should really just stop for a sec and look at some tuts.

Change the text by making it smaller and just a plain color like white or something
and place it in a good spot where it don't distract from the main thing itself
